The Aston Martin DBX, the marque’s first SUV, has arrived. It has been billed as “an SUV with the soul of a sports car” by the brand. The car starts at $189,900 and is ready to compete with other luxury brand SUVs.
25 supercars and luxury models were confiscated by Swiss authorities from Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue and sold at Bonhams auction in Switzerland last month.
The Aston Martin OHMSS DBS Superleggera edition is coming to the U.S. It was released in honor of the 50th anniversary of the sixth James Bond film, “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service”. The price in Britain was announced as £300,007, currently about $382,000.
At the Geneva Motor Show in early March, the storied British marque unveiled its next hypercar, the AM-RB 003. It puts the “hyper” in hypercard, and is similar to the Valkyrie.
Aston Martin’s SUV, called DBX, is arriving late next year. The company recently released the first official photos of the vehicle, and even though it was covered in camouflage (plus sponsorship decals), the distinctive shape comes through.
Aston Martin is about to make dreams come true by building continuation DB5s equipped like the lethal, gadget-laden version used in the 1964 James Bond film, “Goldfinger.”
