Juan Garcia
West Coast Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2003
PFS Responsibilities: “I work with dealers and clients on a daily basis to provide a financing option that caters to exotic car ownership. My experience with Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars in Crewe, England gives me a unique perspective that serves as a valuable resource. I consider many of my dealers and customers to be much more than business associates. I’m honored to call them my friends.”
Working at PFS: “We’re in the customer service business, and very simply, PFS is the best in the industry. We’ve achieved this recognition because everyone in the company shares the same goal, in terms of our commitment to doing whatever is necessary to exceed the expectations of the people we serve.”
Personal Life: “I live in the Los Angeles area. I’ve always valued the importance of personal fitness and I work out every morning as well as train to participate in marathons. For leisure, when I’m not spending time with my family or friends, I play golf and also enjoy deep sea fishing. Cars are my passion, and the West Coast has a car culture, so I attend a lot of rallies, auctions, and other events throughout the year.”
Dream Car: “My sentimental choice of car would have to be an orange, chrome bumper MGB. That’s the car in which I learned to drive a stick, and I have fond memories of driving that car all over Hawaii when I was serving in the Marine Corps.”
Juan’s Insights for PFS Clients: “It’s important to demand complete transparency, and to be sure that you’re comparing apples to apples when financing a car. If you own a business, leasing can provide significant tax-related advantages.”

Chris Warren
Southeast Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2013
PFS Responsibilities: “I spend a lot of time building relationships with dealers to ensure they understand how we can assist them and their clients with our industry-leading Simple Lease program. Having worked in dealerships for over 25 years, I know first-hand the challenges they face, and also what they need, in order to put customers in their dream cars.”
Working at PFS: “I joined this company after working as a dealer, so I was unsure of what working remotely would be like. What I quickly discovered was that PFS is a very close-knit organization where people care about each other, and you feel like a member of the family despite the distance between my Southeast Region and Connecticut.”
Personal Life: “I live in Tampa with my wife and twin daughters. Although we live in Florida, we’re not beach people; however, we do enjoy the theme parks and I’m an avid golfer and a big fan of soccer and hockey. I also share my clients’ passion for automobiles and speed and attend numerous motorcar events - both for business and pleasure.”
Dream Car: “My dream car would be a Ferrari 288 GTO, an automotive masterpiece that was built from 1984 – 1987 and is considered by many to be the world’s first “supercar.”
Chris’ Insights for PFS Clients: “Many people, including some dealers, still don’t know that we lease previously owned vehicles, when in fact, a significant portion of the PFS portfolio consists of pre-owned cars. We can lease any exotic, vintage, or luxury car that’s more than $50,000, regardless of age.”

Michelle Yancey
Southwest Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2013
PFS Responsibilities: “I work hard to ensure that every transaction is a win-win by offering a flexible leasing option that best serves my client’s financial objectives. I always share the excitement when a client takes delivery of their car and drives away happy.”
Working at PFS: “I’ve worked at other automotive companies, but have never worked for an organization that places such a high degree of importance on customer service. Premier’s internal support team enables me to deliver an unmatched level of service to all of my customers.”
Personal Life: “I was born and raised in Dallas. My husband and I love to travel, enjoy boating, and are dog lovers who have adopted three rescues. We are also both musicians, and frequently perform with the “BYO Musicians Network,” which is a 501c3 organization that helps local charities to raise money. My husband plays bass and guitar, and I provide vocals for the band."
Dream Car: “I’ve always loved muscle cars - vintage Ford Mustangs in particular. I already own and drive my dream car, which is a 1967 Mustang Fastback GT, like the one Steve McQueen drove in the movie Bullitt.”
Michelle’s Insights for PFS Clients: “If you have a car that you really love, you should consider keeping it, and leasing another car, rather than trading it in. I’ve had many customers who have regretted trading in cars that they love. One customer even bought the same car three times.”

Keith Neelans
Northeast Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2014
PFS Responsibilities: “I spend a lot of time visiting dealerships and talking to current and previous customers, mostly about cars. Because I love interacting with people who share my passion, it never really feels like work to me.”
Working at PFS: “This is truly a unique environment that feels more like a family than a company. PFS Sales Managers are in the field, scattered across the country with limited time working in the home office. However, a lot of personal interaction takes place, which keeps us connected with the support team at all times. We have confidence that our clients will always be taken care of properly.”
Personal Life: “I live in Connecticut with my wife and son and we spend all of our free time outdoors. In the winter, we are avid skiers and sometimes ski in the back-country and off-piste trails. During warmer times, we wake surf off the back of our boat. I also love playing golf when time permits.”
Dream Car: “Having sold Porsche’s for 10 years, I am biased towards that marque and think they have the most iconic, classic look of any car. If I had to pick one, it would be a 1963 Porsche 356 Speedster.”
Keith’s Insights for PFS Clients: “There’s a lot of misinformation about leasing. Many people confuse what PFS does with ‘traditional’ closed-end lease arrangements, and as a result, they miss out on a financing option that can put them into their dream car.”

Ross Dressel
Midwest Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2019
PFS Responsibilities: “Everyday, I apply my passion for cars, customer focus, and attention to detail, to ensure the success of every transaction for clients and dealers. Prior to starting with Premier, I served clients at one of Michigan’s most respected dealerships for 14 years and have first-hand experience in nearly every aspect of the automotive business.
Working at PFS: “After working in a dealer atmosphere for 25 years, I was apprehensive to make a move away from what had been my career path for so long. Having done business with Premier, I knew they were a unique company that valued teamwork above all else, so I jumped on board. My colleagues work to ensure the best service for all our clients. I am proud to be on the front line, meeting dealers as well as clients, and to be an advocate for both.”
Personal Life: “In addition to my passion for cars, I enjoy traveling to visit friends and family, seeing historical sites, and experiencing new cultures. I’ve traveled to several countries around the world, and to nearly every state in the union.”
Dream Car: “As a “car nut,” it’s very hard to pick just one vehicle, but in the mid 1980s, three cars arrived on the scene that solidified my love of exotic and specialty makes: the Porsche 959, the Ferrari 288 GTO, and the Ruf CTR Yellowbird.
Ross’s Insights for PFS Clients: “We are much more than just a leasing company: we’re a family as well as personal bankers for your automotive dreams. We do what we do out of genuine passion and interest in crafting a transaction that makes sense for our clients. We have a wide network of existing dealer partnerships, and our repeat clientele is significant.”

Doug Ewing
Vice President of Sales — Joined PFS in 2000
PFS Responsibilities: “Over the past two decades at PFS, my job has been to make things happen. I support Premier's Regional Sales Managers in developing dealer and client relationships and travel nationally for industry events and auctions. I always think outside of the box and especially enjoy challenging situations where the end result benefits the customer in ways they never could have imagined.”
Working at PFS: “At Premier, we are family and work as a team to achieve excellence in service. We put our heart and soul into every deal knowing that the company will stand behind us.”
Personal Life: “I’m an avid boater and have sailed the Eastern seaboard multiple times, even surviving a hurricane during the “Marion Bermuda Race.” My family and I regularly attend local concours and auctions, and my son appears to share my passion for cars.”
Dream Car: “I’ve been a dedicated Porsche fan for many years. In the past, I’ve owned a Boxster S and a 1962 356B and currently have a 911 Carrera. My dream car is a 2016 Porsche 911R.”
Doug’s Insights for PFS Clients: “Explore all of your financing options. Make sure that you’re working with people who are focused on your long-term satisfaction over the course of the relationship and not simply looking to get the transaction completed.”

Alexis Chacchia
Vice President of Operations — Joined PFS in 2000
PFS Responsibilities: “I started at PFS as a part-time receptionist, Premier’s 5th employee. I now handle the operational responsibilities for every aspect of running the company, with the exception of Accounting.”
Working at PFS: “The most rewarding part of my job is helping others achieve their goals. Whether that involves a client getting the car of their dreams, or a co-worker achieving a promotion. Even our staff overcoming obstacles. I also enjoy the variety of work that we do. This lends to the freedom that allows us to provide customized solutions for clients. We are not a cookie-cutter business.”
Personal Life: “I’m the mother of two, an avid reader and a history buff. I enjoy travel, good wine and great food with my husband, who is a wonderful chef. I teach biblical studies at St. Thomas Seminary in the evenings, which is a real passion for me. In addition, for over 10 years, I have led a volunteer program called Sandwich Saturday for our local homeless shelter.”
Dream Car: “I’d love to own a 1937 Talbot Lago, but would need a full-time mechanic to be included in the deal.”
Alexis’ Insight for PFS Clients: “We are most successful when a dealer or client works with us as a true partner in the acquisition process. The Premier team is highly experienced and can be a great resource, especially when the customer allows us to fully explore their financing options.”

Working at PFS: “As a professional, I’ve only worked at two companies: IBM and Premier. IBM provided a great foundation at the start of my career. Premier is much more intimate and I enjoy being part of a cohesive group that works so well together. We are all equals here, and our ideas are always heard.”
Personal Life: “I love life and try to enjoy it to the fullest, whether kayaking on the Connecticut shore, bicycle riding in beautiful Litchfield County, or simply grabbing a homemade ice-cream cone at Arethusa’s. I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and my daughter when she is home.”

PFS Responsibilities: “My main role at PFS is to assist clients with anything they may need throughout the life of their lease and often beyond, primarily in the Midwest Region.”
Working at PFS: “What I love the most about being part of the Premier team is getting to know our customers on a personal level. I have never worked for a company before whose primary mission is to secure the happiness of each and every client.
