Juan Garcia
West Coast Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2003
PFS Responsibilities: “I work with dealers and clients on a daily basis to provide a financing option that caters to exotic car ownership. My experience with Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars in Crewe, England gives me a unique perspective that serves as a valuable resource. I consider many of my dealers and customers to be much more than business associates. I’m honored to call them my friends.”
Working at PFS: “We’re in the customer service business, and very simply, PFS is the best in the industry. We’ve achieved this recognition because everyone in the company shares the same goal, in terms of our commitment to doing whatever is necessary to exceed the expectations of the people we serve.”
Personal Life: “I live in the Los Angeles area. I’ve always valued the importance of personal fitness and I work out every morning as well as train to participate in marathons. For leisure, when I’m not spending time with my family or friends, I play golf and also enjoy deep sea fishing. Cars are my passion, and the West Coast has a car culture, so I attend a lot of rallies, auctions, and other events throughout the year.”
Dream Car: “My sentimental choice of car would have to be an orange, chrome bumper MGB. That’s the car in which I learned to drive a stick, and I have fond memories of driving that car all over Hawaii when I was serving in the Marine Corps.”
Juan’s Insights for PFS Clients: “It’s important to demand complete transparency, and to be sure that you’re comparing apples to apples when financing a car. If you own a business, leasing can provide significant tax-related advantages.”

Chris Warren
Southeast Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2013
PFS Responsibilities: “I spend a lot of time building relationships with dealers to ensure they understand how we can assist them and their clients with our industry-leading Simple Lease program. Having worked in dealerships for over 25 years, I know first-hand the challenges they face, and also what they need, in order to put customers in their dream cars.”
Working at PFS: “I joined this company after working as a dealer, so I was unsure of what working remotely would be like. What I quickly discovered was that PFS is a very close-knit organization where people care about each other, and you feel like a member of the family despite the distance between my Southeast Region and Connecticut.”
Personal Life: “I live in Tampa with my wife and twin daughters. Although we live in Florida, we’re not beach people; however, we do enjoy the theme parks and I’m an avid golfer and a big fan of soccer and hockey. I also share my clients’ passion for automobiles and speed and attend numerous motorcar events - both for business and pleasure.”
Dream Car: “My dream car would be a Ferrari 288 GTO, an automotive masterpiece that was built from 1984 – 1987 and is considered by many to be the world’s first “supercar.”
Chris’ Insights for PFS Clients: “Many people, including some dealers, still don’t know that we lease previously owned vehicles, when in fact, a significant portion of the PFS portfolio consists of pre-owned cars. We can lease any exotic, vintage, or luxury car that’s more than $50,000, regardless of age.”

Michelle Yancey
Southwest Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2013
PFS Responsibilities: “I work hard to ensure that every transaction is a win-win by offering a flexible leasing option that best serves my client’s financial objectives. I always share the excitement when a client takes delivery of their car and drives away happy.”
Working at PFS: “I’ve worked at other automotive companies, but have never worked for an organization that places such a high degree of importance on customer service. Premier’s internal support team enables me to deliver an unmatched level of service to all of my customers.”
Personal Life: “I was born and raised in Dallas. My husband and I love to travel, enjoy boating, and are dog lovers who have adopted three rescues. We are also both musicians, and frequently perform with the “BYO Musicians Network,” which is a 501c3 organization that helps local charities to raise money. My husband plays bass and guitar, and I provide vocals for the band."
Dream Car: “I’ve always loved muscle cars - vintage Ford Mustangs in particular. I already own and drive my dream car, which is a 1967 Mustang Fastback GT, like the one Steve McQueen drove in the movie Bullitt.”
Michelle’s Insights for PFS Clients: “If you have a car that you really love, you should consider keeping it, and leasing another car, rather than trading it in. I’ve had many customers who have regretted trading in cars that they love. One customer even bought the same car three times.”

Keith Neelans
Northeast Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2014
PFS Responsibilities: “I spend a lot of time visiting dealerships and talking to current and previous customers, mostly about cars. Because I love interacting with people who share my passion, it never really feels like work to me.”
Working at PFS: “This is truly a unique environment that feels more like a family than a company. PFS Sales Managers are in the field, scattered across the country with limited time working in the home office. However, a lot of personal interaction takes place, which keeps us connected with the support team at all times. We have confidence that our clients will always be taken care of properly.”
Personal Life: “I live in Connecticut with my wife and son and we spend all of our free time outdoors. In the winter, we are avid skiers and sometimes ski in the back-country and off-piste trails. During warmer times, we wake surf off the back of our boat. I also love playing golf when time permits.”
Dream Car: “Having sold Porsche’s for 10 years, I am biased towards that marque and think they have the most iconic, classic look of any car. If I had to pick one, it would be a 1963 Porsche 356 Speedster.”
Keith’s Insights for PFS Clients: “There’s a lot of misinformation about leasing. Many people confuse what PFS does with ‘traditional’ closed-end lease arrangements, and as a result, they miss out on a financing option that can put them into their dream car.”

Ross Dressel
Midwest Sales Manager — Joined PFS in 2019
PFS Responsibilities: “Everyday, I apply my passion for cars, customer focus, and attention to detail, to ensure the success of every transaction for clients and dealers. Prior to starting with Premier, I served clients at one of Michigan’s most respected dealerships for 14 years and have first-hand experience in nearly every aspect of the automotive business.
Working at PFS: “After working in a dealer atmosphere for 25 years, I was apprehensive to make a move away from what had been my career path for so long. Having done business with Premier, I knew they were a unique company that valued teamwork above all else, so I jumped on board. My colleagues work to ensure the best service for all our clients. I am proud to be on the front line, meeting dealers as well as clients, and to be an advocate for both.”
Personal Life: “In addition to my passion for cars, I enjoy traveling to visit friends and family, seeing historical sites, and experiencing new cultures. I’ve traveled to several countries around the world, and to nearly every state in the union.”
Dream Car: “As a “car nut,” it’s very hard to pick just one vehicle, but in the mid 1980s, three cars arrived on the scene that solidified my love of exotic and specialty makes: the Porsche 959, the Ferrari 288 GTO, and the Ruf CTR Yellowbird.
Ross’s Insights for PFS Clients: “We are much more than just a leasing company: we’re a family as well as personal bankers for your automotive dreams. We do what we do out of genuine passion and interest in crafting a transaction that makes sense for our clients. We have a wide network of existing dealer partnerships, and our repeat clientele is significant.”

Mitch Katz
CEO — Joined PFS in 1997
PFS Responsibilities: “From day one in 1997, my goal has been to deliver unparalleled customer service, as well as full-disclosure and transparent terms on every transaction. Ensuring that PFS consistently meets this goal involves two important tasks that I am responsible for. This is maintaining an internal culture and shared commitment to excellence, and always seeking ways to improve our performance.”
Working at PFS: “Our success continues to be based on the strong working relationships our staff has developed with dealers and with customers who seek us out to help finance their automotive dreams. We’re an employee-owned company. This means every individual who works here has a personal, long-term interest in maintaining our leadership role in the specialty leasing business.”
Personal Life: “My life’s passions are family, cars, and music, in that order. I love spending my free time visiting my kids and grandchildren as often as possible. I’ve been a car guy since the age of three and still enjoy attending rallies and auctions. I’m also an aspiring singer/songwriter, have produced a number of CDs and perform on a regular basis at local venues. Since 2012, I have been involved with Best Buddies International serving as a one-on-one mentor. ”
Dream Car: “I’ve owned several classic cars over the years. I absolutely love the one I currently have - a 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider Veloce. I purchased it locally in 2004 and have taken it on numerous vintage rallies. That includes the Colorado Grand, Copperstate 1000, Going to the Sun, and New England 1000.”
Mitch’s Insights for PFS Clients: “Before you dig into the details of any transaction, it’s critical to investigate the integrity and reputation of the lease provider. You should always have a high level of trust and confidence in the company you’re dealing with. This is to avoid surprises when you’re further down the road.”

Doug Ewing
Vice President of Sales — Joined PFS in 2000
PFS Responsibilities: “Over the past two decades at PFS, my job has been to make things happen. I support Premier's Regional Sales Managers in developing dealer and client relationships and travel nationally for industry events and auctions. I always think outside of the box and especially enjoy challenging situations where the end result benefits the customer in ways they never could have imagined.”
Working at PFS: “At Premier, we are family and work as a team to achieve excellence in service. We put our heart and soul into every deal knowing that the company will stand behind us.”
Personal Life: “I’m an avid boater and have sailed the Eastern seaboard multiple times, even surviving a hurricane during the “Marion Bermuda Race.” My family and I regularly attend local concours and auctions, and my son appears to share my passion for cars.”
Dream Car: “I’ve been a dedicated Porsche fan for many years. In the past, I’ve owned a Boxster S and a 1962 356B and currently have a 911 Carrera. My dream car is a 2016 Porsche 911R.”
Doug’s Insights for PFS Clients: “Explore all of your financing options. Make sure that you’re working with people who are focused on your long-term satisfaction over the course of the relationship and not simply looking to get the transaction completed.”

Alexis Chacchia
Vice President of Operations — Joined PFS in 2000
PFS Responsibilities: “I started at PFS as a part-time receptionist, Premier’s 5th employee. I now handle the operational responsibilities for every aspect of running the company, with the exception of Accounting.”
Working at PFS: “The most rewarding part of my job is helping others achieve their goals. Whether that involves a client getting the car of their dreams, or a co-worker achieving a promotion. Even our staff overcoming obstacles. I also enjoy the variety of work that we do. This lends to the freedom that allows us to provide customized solutions for clients. We are not a cookie-cutter business.”
Personal Life: “I’m the mother of two, an avid reader and a history buff. I enjoy travel, good wine and great food with my husband, who is a wonderful chef. I teach biblical studies at St. Thomas Seminary in the evenings, which is a real passion for me. In addition, for over 10 years, I have led a volunteer program called Sandwich Saturday for our local homeless shelter.”
Dream Car: “I’d love to own a 1937 Talbot Lago, but would need a full-time mechanic to be included in the deal.”
Alexis’ Insight for PFS Clients: “We are most successful when a dealer or client works with us as a true partner in the acquisition process. The Premier team is highly experienced and can be a great resource, especially when the customer allows us to fully explore their financing options.”

PFS Responsibilities: “I am the Operations Manager responsible for Information Technology, Facilities and our administrative staff. I also have experience in Human Resources, Sales Support, and Client Services. In my position, I cross-train staff to assist in every department, with the exception of Accounting. I also spearhead the professional development efforts for PFS staff outside of their normal job training.”
Working at PFS: “Premier has given me a chance to learn and grow professionally and personally. I enjoy learning new things, being creative, and helping others. The hardest challenges are unexpected curve balls I face at any moment in IT. Some of my greatest achievements have come from overcoming those hurdles and gaining new skills through the experience.”

Amy C. Petrucci
Funding Manager — Joined PFS in 2013
PFS Responsibilities: “As Funding Manager, I monitor and ensure that all lease contracts are processed, funded, and distributed accordingly. I supervise several teams that provide white-glove concierge service. Our teams have to be well trained and work synergistically. I also assist clients and staff with an array of questions that begin before lease inception and can extend, at times, to years after a lease has terminated.”
Working at PFS: “Premier is unique: we're not a dealership and we're not a bank. We operate in a niche market helping enthusiasts finance the car of their dreams. Witnessing the satisfaction our clients experience as they go through our leasing process is one of the most gratifying aspects of my job.”
Personal Life: “I met my favorite person in the world, my husband, Chris, at Premier. I have a passion for theater. As a result, I have performed in several productions with local companies. I am a cinephile, history nerd, and an avid reader. I am also a longtime herbivore who runs a cruelty-free blog. In addition, I would love to expand to raise awareness about animal testing.”

We are encouraged to expand our knowledge and grow both personally and professionally here. This through the self-evaluations, annual objectives, in-office workshops, online learning, and out-of-office seminars. We are able to express our dreams and goals. PFS supports and creates a way for us to achieve them. ”

Senior Client Services Associate — Joined PFS in 2015
PFS Responsibilities: “My main role at PFS is to assist clients with anything they may need throughout the life of their lease and often beyond, primarily in the Midwest Region.”
Working at PFS: “What I love the most about being part of the Premier team is getting to know our customers on a personal level. I have never worked for a company before whose primary mission is to secure the happiness of each and every client. We are given tools here at Premier to ensure we can do this, whether that means using one of our wonderful DMV partners or working with a dealer who also has the best interest of our clients at heart.”
Personal Life: “I met my husband at the University of Massachusetts in a child development class and we now have 4 children. Working at PFS: "The most rewarding feeling for me in my role is being able to help our clients. We run into obstacles sometimes and being able to problem solve and find solutions that make everyone happy is a great feeling!"
Personal Life: “I graduated from college with an Art degree, with a concentration in ceramics and a secondary concentration in glass blowing. In my free time, I love going to music shows and festivals, trying new restaurants, and binge-watching Netflix series. My goal in the coming years is to travel abroad more.”

PFS Responsibilities: "I assist clients in the Southwest & Northeast Regions with whatever they need, from the start of their lease to the end of it. I help clients and dealers with payoffs, payments, the registration process and any questions or issues they may have."
Working at PFS: "Every day I’m excited that I joined the PFS team. Everyone who works at Premier genuinely cares for each other, and for the clients. They are all really hard workers, ready to help however they can. I’m excited to be a part of a group that shares the same work ethic and same level of care that I have. It’s rewarding when our clients refinance or lease again with us. It proves that they trust us again and had a satisfactory experience the first time. I also enjoy it when you make a personal connection with the client and they come back."
Personal Life: "I earned a B.A. degree in Psychology at the University of Connecticut. I’m fascinated by everything about psychology, and much of what I learned is extremely applicable to everyday life. It’s helped me better understand others and myself. I played soccer competitively for 14 years. Other than loving the sport itself, I love being a part of a community and a team. I loved the lasting connections I made throughout my life with my teammates."
Dream Car: "If I could own one vintage car it would be the 1976 Jaguar e-Type Roadster in Green. I love the look and style of the car. I think it's a look that will never go out of style."
Jillian’s Insight for PFS Clients: "One piece of advice that would be helpful for anyone thinking of leasing with Premier would be trust us. We can help you with whatever you need, start to finish. We care about the work we do and we care about your leasing experience."

Accounting Assistant — Joined PFS in 2019
PFS Responsibilities: "My primary responsibilities at PFS involve the recording of lessee payments and ensuring that all new leases are funded promptly. "
Working at PFS: "Compared to other companies where I’ve worked, PFS has been the most up-to-date in their use of technology. Premier has challenged me in terms of the speed at which business is done. This creates a rewarding work environment."
Personal Life: "Outside of work, I like to spend time with friends and family. Currently, I have 17 cousins, all of whom are younger than me. It might even be more than 17 because it's hard to keep track. Naturally, I often get asked to spend my weekends babysitting. Within the next few years, I hope to go back to school. I want to obtain a Master’s in Accounting and become a CPA."
Dream Car: "If I could own any luxury vehicle, it would, without a doubt, be a 1925 Rolls Royce Phantom Jonckheere."

Ashley Cherian

PFS Responsibilities: "My position is highly project-driven, often involving compliance, database development, promotions, and incentive programs. I collaborate with each department affording me exposure to the inner-workings of the company."
Working at PFS: "At PFS I've learned so much about my own work ethic and ability to carry out responsibilities. Premier's management goes the extra mile to ensure professional and personal development are continuous. I believe the reason why we are able to provide such a high level of concierge service to our clients. That's because that same service is provided internally to employees."
Personal Life: "My faith is a massive part of my identity. In my spare time, I work with my church and a non-profit organization to help create enjoyable experiences for underprivileged children and the homeless. My dream has always been to start my own non-profit and address causes that are near and dear to my heart."

John Hughes
Operations Assistant — Joined PFS in 2019
PFS Responsibilities: "My job at PFS is to help things run smoothly by assisting all departments with anything they need. I’m a jack of all trades, in that respect."
Working at PFS: "Everyone who works here is top-notch in what they do, and all-around great people. At times, it can be challenging juggling multiple tasks, but it’s really satisfying to sit back at the end of the day and be proud of the work I’ve done."
Personal Life: "I love to travel. I’ve been to Germany, Spain, Ireland, Italy, and South Africa, and I would love to add even more places to that list. That being said, I’ve always found it a little funny that I’ve visited Europe, but I’ve never been to Mexico or Canada."
Dream Car: "It’s a 2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 Special Edition in 'Marrone Eklipsis.' I’ve always loved the sleek design of Lamborghinis and personally, no design has ever topped the Diablo. While it doesn’t have as much horsepower as the Diablo GT, there’s always going to be a special place in my heart for the VT 6.0 SE because only 42 were ever made: 21 in 'Oro Elios' and 21 in ‘Marrone Eklipsis.’"
John’s Insight for PFS Clients: "Ask lots of questions! Our main goal is for you to be satisfied and stress free with the car of your dreams, so we’re more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have."
