RM Sotheby’s returns to Amelia Island with yet another expertly curated auction docket for 2022 with 99 cars offered and a focused selection of choice collectibles and artworks preceding them.
Over the coming months, auction houses are hosting both online and live auctions. This includes Mecum, RM Sotheby’s, Gooding & Company, and Bonhams. The schedule is outlined here, with events in July and August.
Six auction houses are featured, showcasing cars from 1924 to 1941. Marques such as Cadillac, Rolls-Royce, Duesenberg, Auburn, La Salle, Oldsmobile, Buick, and Hispano-Suiza are among the cars up for auction.
Supercar highlights this year include a McLaren Senna, Saleen S7, three Ford GT’s,two McLaren 650’s a SRT Viper GTS, and a Dodge Viper at the 49th edition of Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale.
This year marks Auction America’s 14th Fort Lauderdale Auction, widely regarded as South Florida’s premier collector car auction. The docket reflects this, with a plethora of fine and noteworthy vehicles, from a BMW M1 to a Ferrari 512 BBi.
