Juan joined the PFS team as the West Coast Regional Sales Manager in 2003.  A consummate people person, Juan revels in the hands-on nature of his work. He is a great resource for clients; his combination of exuberance and experience has made him a top producer at Premier as he executes each deal with speed and efficiency.  Juan suits up, shows up and delivers; always exceeding every expectation.

Juan’s Background

After retiring from the United States Marines, Juan started his automotive career in the United Kingdom, creating and managing a winning strategy for sales training and development for Rolls-Royce and Bentley dealers world-wide. His results there led him back to California to successfully manage one of the largest Bentley dealerships in the United States.

Throughout his career, Juan has acquired a reputation for delighting his customers while maintaining his military precision and disciplined work ethic. When he joined Premier, he brought with him a network of customers and high-end dealers and has maintained those relationships while developing many more. He is often the first caller to Premier’s Corporate Headquarters in Connecticut, before heading off to the gym every morning at 6 AM.

Juan and his wife reside near Los Angeles with their children, frequently traveling to the east coast to visit family and Premier’s headquarters. For Juan, family comes first. He counts his customers, dealers and coworkers as family and loves meeting them at auctions, on the golf course, for deep sea fishing and driving with them on rallies.
