Juan joined the PFS team in 2003, bringing with him a tireless work ethic and endless enthusiasm.  A consummate people person, Juan revels in the hands-on nature of his work. He is a great resource for clients; he executes each deal with speed and efficiency. Juan suits up, shows up and delivers; always exceeding every expectation.

In his tenure at Premier, Juan has seen the pace of the industry change, with electronic signatures and online applications that have streamlined the leasing process. However, he has never allowed these conveniences to detract from his focus on customer service. People are his business, his priority, and the driving force for his past 15 years of success with Premier.

Juan’s Background

After leaving the United States Marines, Juan started his automotive career in the United Kingdom, creating and managing a winning strategy for sales training and development for Rolls-Royce and Bentley dealers world-wide. His results there led him back to California to successfully manage one of the largest Bentley dealerships in the United States.

Throughout his career, Juan has acquired a reputation for making customers into friends while maintaining his military precision and discipline. Since he joined Premier, he has cultivated a network of relationships with customers and dealers that has significantly increased Premier’s presence in the West Coast Region. He is often the first caller to Premier’s Corporate Headquarters in Connecticut, before heading off to the gym every morning at 6 AM.

Juan resides in Los Angeles, frequently traveling to the east coast to visit family and Premier’s headquarters. For Juan, family comes first. He counts his customers, dealers and coworkers as family (along with his six children) and loves meeting them at auctions, on the golf course, for a vintage rally, or a bit of deep sea fishing.
