Account Services Associate

The Account Services Associate is responsible for the accurate and prompt processing of Initial Motor Vehicle Registration and Titling, verification of customer insurance during onboarding, managing DMV procedures, and handling Deferments, Assumptions, and Substitutions. Additionally, the associate will play a key role in assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints.

If you’re detail-obsessed, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role puts you right in the driver’s seat.
