PFS Simple Lease^™

There are no "off-the-shelf," standard leases at Premier Financial Services. Every lease is customized to suit the needs of each individual client.

All of the leases we arrange are part of our Simple Lease^™ program. Our Simple Lease^™ arrangement will enable you to:

• Drive more car for your money.
• End your lease at any time without the penalties typically associated with early termination.
• Switch cars within your lease without penalty.

How the Simple Lease^™ Works

Auto Selection
You select your car from anywhere in the country, whether it be from a dealership, private owner or auction. Most of our leases are for exotic, vintage, collector and luxury cars, but we can finance any vehicle with a value greater than $50,000.

Our mission is to make it easy for you to own your car through leasing. We are not in the business of buying and selling cars.

Lease Program
We agree on a lease-end residual value for your car, and while the lease is in place, you make payments based on the difference between the amount financed and the residual value.

Lease Expiration
When your lease expires, you have four options:

1. Pay the residual and own the car outright.
2. Sell the car, pay the residual, and keep any difference.
3. Trade the car into a dealer who pays the residual, and you keep any difference.
4. Refinance the residual through a new lease without a large cash outlay and continue to own the car.

Early Termination Program
If you wish to end your lease prior to expiration, you simply pay the balance owed, which is
calculated using a simple interest formula.

Switching Cars
You may switch cars within your existing lease, without penalty, simply by paying any difference
in value between the two vehicles. The lease's residual value and your lease payments remain the same.
