Job Overview: Premier’s Client Services Team is made up of regional associates that maintain and cultivate the most important element of our work – the relationships with our clients. They work in a fast paced environment which requires incredible attention to detail while never compromising Premier’s “white glove concierge service”. The Client Services Assistant also interacts with dealers, motor vehicle departments, insurance companies and with their regional team, including the Sales Manager in the field, on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: Customer service, maintaining database information, handling initial title and registration work, working with state DMV departments and DMV runners nationwide, processing motor vehicle documentation over the life of the lease, assisting clients with change of address, extensions, lease expirations, etc. The position is also engaged with Premier’ network of automotive dealers and clients to release titles, process payoff and payment requests, assist the client and adjuster with insurance claims, and more.
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and sincere interest in helping others while maintaining confidentiality, ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor. Self-directed and results oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize, savvy tech skills. Associates degree required, BA/BS in related field preferred
