Client Services Supervisor – Joined PFS in 2013

PFS Responsibilities: “I am the Client Services Supervisor for a team that provides white-glove concierge service. Along the leasing journey, there are many moving pieces, working with dealers, clients, insurance companies and state agencies that facilitate transactions. In order for these pieces to run smoothly, our team has to be well-trained and work synergistically. I assist  internally and externally with an array of questions that begin at lease inception and can extend, at times, to years after a lease has terminated”

Working at PFS:   “Premier is unique because we operate in a niche market. We’re not a dealership and we’re not a bank. We help car enthusiasts finance the car of their dreams, so we’re really in the business of people. Witnessing the satisfaction our clients experience as they go through our leasing process is one of the most gratifying aspects of my job.”

Personal Life: “I met my favorite person in the world, my husband, Chris, at Premier. I am also a longtime herbivore who runs a cruelty-free blog. I have a passion for theater and have performed in several productions over the past few years with local companies. I’m also a cinephile, history nerd, avid reader, mediocre runner, animal snuggler, and professional napper. In the next two years, I would love to expand my blog to raise awareness about animal testing and promote the cruelty-free lifestyle.”

Dream Car: “1967 Austin Healy 3000. It’s sporty and incredibly British. I saw Jerry Seinfeld and Ricky Gervais driving one in an episode of “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.” I’d really like to drive around in that car.”

Amy’s Insight for PFS Clients: “We view each lease as a long-term relationship and treat our clients as family members. We also strive to exceed expectations and earn trust. Always know that you can reach out to Premier for anything and we promise to give you the attention you deserve.”
