Juan's Perspective:

After retiring from the United States Marine Corps, Juan Garcia started his automotive career in the United Kingdom, becoming the manager of the country's top selling Daewoo dealership. He went on to create and manage a winning strategy for sales training and development of Rolls-Royce and Bentley dealers world wide. Juan's association with Rolls-Royce and Bentley brought him back to the United States, moving him to California to successfully manage one of their largest dealerships in the country. His love of all makes of exotic and vintage cars, coupled with a desire to work with a more diverse clientele, led Juan to Premier.
Juan has carried his military precision and discipline into his sales work ethic. He is often the first person to call into Premier's corporate headquarters, before heading off to the gym every morning at 6 AM. His dedication to his customers is unsurpassed, as he executes his deals with speed and efficiency.
Juan and his wife reside outside of Los Angeles with their three children, making frequent visits to the East coast to visit family and Premier's headquarters. Despite the geographical distance, Juan is in constant communication with his co-workers. A true team player, Juan works with the entire PFS staff to ensure his customers receive the best treatment from start to finish. The ultimate "people person," his combination of exuberance and experience has brought him success as Premier's California and Northwest Regional Sales Manager.
