Submitting a credit application collects the following information in order to process your lease application.

1. Personal information including date of birth, SSN, and citizenship.
2. Employment history and salary information.
3. Personal financial information.

1. As stated on our credit application, the information you provide will be checked and verified through one of the consumer credit reporting agencies.
2. Once a credit report is obtained, it is reviewed by our loan officers and may also be reviewed by our underwriting banks' credit analysts.
3. Over the life of your lease, Premier Financial Services, LLC may send you special offers, invitations to special events, and necessary lease maintenance correspondence.
4. We reserve the right to review your credit throughout your relationship with our company.
5. We maintain the information collected for a period of five (5) years from date the information was originally obtained or from the close of your business transaction with Premier, whichever is longer.

How we may share information:

1. We will share your information with our underwriting banks.
2. In the event of a default, we will share your information with those parties that will help us locate you and/or the vehicle, our asset.
3. We do not sell our list of applicants or customers to any other parties.
